Description

The first-ever attachable foot pockets from Molchanovs are here—the SPORT Silicone Foot Pockets. These standard-sized foot pockets are ideal for freedivers who teach, train, or fun dive. Feel your bifins become a natural extension of your legs with the foot pocket’s anatomical design—kicks become streamlined with open-heel straps and arch support while your feet stay comfortable in flexible and hypoallergenic silicone. Choose between ‘Standard’ width for barefoot diving or ‘Wide’ width if you plan to wear diving socks.

Pair the SPORT Silicone Foot Pockets with the SPORT Bifins Blades 3 Carbon, SPORT Bifins Blades 3 Fiberglass, and SPORT Short Bifins Blades 3 Carbon.

Easy assembly Assembling the foot pockets to blades takes only minutes, making it easier than ever to switch to a new pair of foot pockets or upgrade to a new blade.

Measurement Guide

Foot pocket width

There are two widths to choose from:

Wide
‘Wide’ is designed to be wider and more roomy for your feet, allowing you to wear diving socks with the foot pockets. They have a wider fit than the foot pockets on our original CORE Silicone Bifins.

Choose Wide if:

You plan to wear diving socks
You have wide feet
You prefer a roomier fit

Standard
‘Standard’ foot pockets are more narrow than ‘Wide’ foot pockets and are designed to be worn with bare feet.

Choose Standard if:

You prefer a snug, barefoot feel
You have narrow to average width feet

Both widths have the same length for each size. Please refer to the size charts below to find your ideal size in your preferred width.

Assembly Instruction

SPORT Silicone Foot Pockets + SPORT Bifins Blades 3

These instructions are for assembling the SPORT Silicone Foot Pockets to the SPORT Bifins Blades 3 Carbon, SPORT Bifins Blades 3 Fiberglass, and SPORT Short Bifins Blades 3 Carbon.

Please note: The mounting system is only included with the SPORT Silicone Foot Pockets — the SPORT Bifins Blades 3 Fiberglass / Carbon do not include a mounting system.

Materials Required for Assembly

Molchanovs left and right carbon or fiberglass blades
Left and right SPORT Silicone Foot Pockets
2 screws for each foot pocket (4 total)
Upper and lower mounting plates
Phillips head screwdriver

Assembly Instructions

Match the left and right foot pocket with the corresponding blade (marked on the back side of each blade).
Insert the blade gently into the slot at the front of the foot pocket and through the side reinforcements, verifying it is inserted correctly and slides in smoothly without force.
Align the blade by carefully adjusting its position until the blade’s mounting holes match with those on the foot pocket.
Position the upper mounting plate over the toe section of the foot pocket, verifying it fits into the provided space.
Begin by hand-threading the screws into the holes of the lower mounting plate.
Place the lower mounting plate over the blade, aligning it with the upper mounting plate and the holes. Tighten the screws in a clockwise direction using a Phillips head screwdriver with an even distribution of pressure.

CAUTION: Secure the screws firmly, but avoid over-tightening which could strip the threads or damage the blade. Stop when you feel moderate resistance.

Care Instructions
All equipment should be rinsed in fresh water after use and placed out of direct sunlight and heat. See the full list of care instructions.
Warranty Policy
A 1-year limited warranty applies. Please note that defects or damage to the equipment caused by improper/incorrect use or insufficient/improper maintenance and product care will render our warranty policy null and void.

Shipping and Production Time

Shipping times begin when your item(s) have left one of our distribution centers. For items that are ready for you at our distribution center (e.g., lanyard, noseclip, buoy, fin bags, standard size fins), please allow 2 - 4 days business days for processing before your order is shipped.
For our custom-made items, production times are as follows:
Bifins: 4 - 6 weeks
Monofins: 5 - 6 weeks
Wetsuits: 3 - 4 weeks
If you want to order a custom item but need it urgently, you can ask for a priority production free of charge (depending on availability), which takes 10 - 14 days.
