Do you have special discounts for clubs/associations? Plus

Freedive Collective offers special discounts and conditions for clubs/associations and government agencies! If you wish to place an order for your club/association, we kindly ask you to send all your information per e-mail using our contact page.

Once your club/association is registered we'll be able to forward special pricing and offers. We look forward to working with you!

To which countries do you ship to? Plus

Worldwide! If your country cannot be selected as delivery country, please contact us. We will happily double check if we are able to ship to your country.

Can I cancel my order? Plus

All paid order are automatically queued for shipping or production, please use our contact page or Whatsapp within 24 hours of purchase if you wish to cancel.

Product Warranty Plus

We are an authorized dealer for all the brands we sell. All new products purchased on our website are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, you will be notified in the event of a safety recall.

Most brands allow us to handle your warranty claims instead of forcing you to deal with some off-shore customer service center. All you need to do is email or message our customer service representative, we can handle any warranty related returns or service with the manufacturer of the product on your behalf. We are always happy to help.

Return Policy Plus

You can return certain items within 15 days, as long as the item/s is/are in perfect conditions (unused, with labels, in original packaging).

Please note that certain products cannot be returned except if defective. These include items unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., cosmetics and intimate clothing) or custom-made or personalized items. Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase? Plus

Please note that import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. Unfortunately, we do not control this and are not liable for any local import duties or taxes that may be imposed.

What if my order was damaged in delivery?  Plus

We package every order carefully so that your merchandise arrives ready to give you years of enjoyment.

That being said, we strongly recommend to inspect your package upon receipt. If your order is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible for further instructions.
