When will my order ship?
Shipping times begin when your item(s) have left one of our distribution centers. For items that are ready for you at our distribution center (e.g., lanyard, noseclip, buoy, fin bags, standard size fins), please allow 2 - 3 days business days for processing before your order is shipped.
For our custom-made items like Molchanovs PRO Fins and Wetsuits, production times are as follows:
- Bifins: 4-6 Weeks
- Monofins: 5-6 Weeks
- Wetsuits: 3-4 Weeks
Other wetsuits not in stock generally take 15 days to make, and custom-made suits take 30 days to make. Higher value wetsuits are usually made-to-order to ensure our high quality standards. What is the estimated delivery time?
Our express couriers typically deliver your package during 5-10 business days within Asia and 5-15 business days worldwide outside of Asia, depending on the speed of courier delivery at the destination and the local customs authority.
Do I have to pay taxes for my purchase?
For all Trudive Orders no you won't! We will cover all import duties and taxes for standard shipping rates.
For all other brands, our prices do not include possible import duties and taxes your country may impose. You may be charged separately and must pay for those charges locally before you receive the package. Freedive Collective is not liable for any local import duties or taxes for products we don’t cover.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. If an order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you immediately.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
